Do I Need to update address change at IP2 stage after getting PPR

Hey guys,
I received ppr email today as well as moved to IP2 stage. I moved to India this week, but I have applied from USA.
Do I need to update address change at this stage? Could you please guide me as to what the correct steps would be from here.
