Do i need to submit educational documents if i am a dependent on my spouse's PR?

Hello
My spouse will be filing for a spouse PR for me in April 2018.
So far, I've figured out that i need the following documents

1. Identity : National identity cards + passport
2. Police clearance certificate
3. IELTS test scores
4. Proof of marriage documents
5. Proof of Funds

Do i need the following documents
1. Educational transcripts
2. Previous employment letters

I also have a problem with my name. My educational records have a shorter spelling for my name, however any subsequent legal documents such as national identity document, passport, bank statements and employment references have my correct spelling.
Is this a situation i can explain with the help of an affidavit?

The document checklist IMM5533E on the CIC website had some errors and wasn't opening, hence the question. Would really appreciate any responses that come my way.

Regarding the checklist: you'll need to download a local copy of the pdf document first to your computer before opening it. Some browsers are unable to properly preview the document in the browser itself. So, instead of left clicking on the pdf link, you should right click and "save as" then open it with your pdf viewer of choice.
