Do i need to submit both experience letter and reference letter for Express Entry? or just reference letter will be fine?

Hi, While filling the IRCC form IMM 5669, under the Personal Histroy section (#8),

My question is:

1) My one of the jobs (in India from July 2014-Dec 2014) was a contract position and in the offer letter, they have mentioned my position as Team Lead, so in the activity column if I write Team Lead then is it a acceptable title for IRCC?

• P.S. I was working as Team Lead-Software Implementation in that role.

2) Should I mention that I was a contract employee in this section?
