do i need to submit a resume form and a FAMILY COMPOSITION INFORMATION

Greetings to you all. This is the first time for me to post in this forum.
I have received a letter from Sydney, NS asking me to submit a complete application to Buffalo. I have a question about the application materials for Buffalo.

Do I need to submit a "Resume Form" and a form called "FAMILY COMPOSITION INFORMATION"?

Follow the instruction stated in you AOR and also the local CHC requirement. Good luck.

Thanks a lot Benny. The visa office instructions say nothing about resume form or fammily composition form. They are not on the check list. But I am still worried about them.

Follow the visa office requirement if there is a need for additional docs,it will be requested.Don't worry too much.Good luck
