Do I need to submit a Police Certificate?

I was an international master's student in Canada then got my PGWP and applied for the CEC stream to get PR. I'll soon be applying for citizenship.

My eligibility period is 2019-10-31 to 2024-10-30
6 months visit to country of origin: 2021-10-30 to 2022-05-07
PR date: 2022-05-20

I have the following questions:

• Given I spent 6 months in my country of origin just before becoming a PR and complete landing on the online portal, do I need to submit a police certificate for that time?
• If yes -> I paid an additional short visit to country of origin long after becoming PR when I got a police certificate but unfortunately it will be 7 months old by the time I apply. Will it be accepted?
