Do I need to submit a letter of reference from my current Canadian employer?

I am applying through FSW2 arranged employment category. My current employer has already issued an offer letter to me, do I need to solicit a letter of reference from my employer for federal skilled worker application? Or is the letter of reference only required of my previous employers? thanks.

Anyway, if it is needed then they will ask you after you submit the package. Like they asked me for detailed resume and PCC from the country where I studied but not lived.

What is a certificate of marriage certifying that you are single ? ;D If there exists any such thing then I would be very curious to see it
