Do I need to send a new copy of my passport?

Hello guys

In the time of application i did not get the copy of a page of my passport with a farsi note. That time i was thinking only main pages of passpirt, visa pages and stamps are important.

Do i need to send them a new copy? It has been 71 days now waiting for my visa.

Or do you think its better not to send them to raise confusion?

Bcz the penalty would be 5 years if they see it as fraud

Please let me know. Thanks

You're overthinking about a ban due to misrepresentations. Your application is at the background check stage, and there's nothing you can do to expedite a decision until IRCC gets a clear report

Well i am afraid it might be my subconcious call i dunno.

One page is overlooked at thé time of application. Thé page haa a farsi note saying i cannot stay longer than 3 months in Iran (cuz of military) and it got 2 stamps and a signature.

You are right my application is in BG check stage. I know rush is not a queation for me now.

I am afraid they see the note and stamps and ban me 5 yrs

If the stress of waiting isn't bad enough, it does not help to think the worst. Take it easy. Don't overthink (I know it is easier said than done).

You already have previous history with IRCC. You're not a new visa/new WP applicant. Did you submit the passport page with the Farsi note for your previous visa applications? If you did then there's nothing to worry about.

Otherwise, you can send the Farsi note page through a IRCC Web form + an email to the relevant visa office (CPC-O). If it is not in English, you would need to have it translated by a certified translator + include the original version

Thanks . no i got this passport new so this note wasnt there for my previous visas. I have a feeling that BG check will be done soon (71 days so far) so i guess i will send CPC and webform a Sorry-Missed-it email giving them a copy of that page and if they ask for translation after PP request i can get the translation. Bcz if i request passport translation now i will take 4 5 days and i am afraid they finalize BG check by that time and it will be late (mispresentation i guess). I hope this strategy works. You'll need to send the translated version too asap. Don't wait until you get a PPR. IRCC won't accept the note in Persian.

You must send the CSE/email with the scanned Farsi note page for now + a short explanation as to what it states + mention you will send the certified translated version in the next few days

Thanks well i hope they dont see that note about me allowed 3 months in Iran as a redflag no tie situation ... I can make it look like a strong tie saying i need to go back and serve military. Thanks alot like always for dealing with overthinkers like me lol
