Do I need to repeat medical exam for IEC visa if it expried but I no longer want to do the job that requires it?

Hello,

I've applied for IEC (Working Holiday) in 2020 and I selected that I would perhaps work with children. I did a medical exam and got my PoE letter.

However, because of COVID, I didn't go then and got my PoE letter extended until August 2022, so I'm moving end of July.

My medical exam obviously expired, as it's valid for 12 months, but I don't plan on working in the field that requires it anymore.

Do I still need to redo the medical exam?

If so, how can I do it if there's nothing in my account requesting this? Can I just go and do it and the physician will send this to Immigration and they'll update it in my profile?

Or no need to redo it as I don't plan on working in that field anymore? I'm worried about those "you won't be able to enter/get your work permit without the medical exam" but I also heard if I don't do it, it will be fine, I will just get the work permit with restrictions?

Thank you all in advance, it's much appreciated!
