Do I need to reapply for a visa if I defer my enrollment after ppr?

Hi everyone, I originally applied for a two year program starting in 22fall. But due to personal reasons, I need to defer to 23fall.

I would like to ask if I need to reapply for a visa if I do this?

Or do I just need to notify IRCC by webform?

Will this have any effect on my future study and work visas? Anyone with experience can answer this question? Thank you!

You dont need to apply for a new SP, but you will need new LOA from the same DLI. Webform will do
