Do i need to put Schedule A

Hello i am about to submit my Eapr. I declared in Statutory questions that i was once rejected a visa entry which i explained in my personal history. I want to know if i don't submit schedule A with LOE now will ircc refuse my application straight away or later i will be asked to submit it??

Include it upfront. But they will not reject even if you dont submit, ADR will be raised for anything additional. But suggested to include upfront anyways.
