Do I need to provide financial proof?...

My study permit was approved around 7 months ago. Now I need to apply for new visa to travel abroad in the summer.. Do I need to provide my financial proof like I did for my study permit?

I'm currently a undergraduate student at Mcgill , I had come to Canada for CEGEP since 2008.
