Do I need to pay my RPRF fee again for COPR extension?

I got my COPR during March 2020 but I wasnt able to go due to covid. IRCC came back with a request to submit medical exam few weeks back.

I am in the final stages where I am about to submit my documents to VFS. Do I need to re-pay my RPRF fee again?
