Do I need to keep my work permit valid until IRCC process my application

Hi,

If I received AINP nomination and if apply to IRCC -- do I need to keep my work permit valid until IRCC completes the decision on my case? because i will have to leave the country and my work permit will expire soon.

Does IRCC requires work permit valid throughout the processing time? AINP support letter requires employer letter which they are not ready to provide and IRCC acknolegement can be used for BOPW but I can not apply outside Canada using this support letter.

any idea?

any idea? simply my case is after receiving the nomination I will be laid off next month and need to leave Canada for some reason.

is there any way I can apply to IRCC and leave Canada-- I will inform all the status to govt agencies. but will they process my application. my work permit will also expire soon with no new job offer.

Depend on how you got your nomination. What did you apply under as?
