Do i need to Inform IMMIGRATION ????

Hi All,
I had applied CEC in March and i haven't recd. anything yet.
Now, i am going to india on 20th , so is there any need to inform the cec app. processing centre about it????

If you are just going on a vacation, then you need not inform CIC. But, if you are moving back to India permanently, u need to inform CIC. You can just send them an e-mail about your address change once you receive your AOR.

Of course there is no guarantee of re-entry after leaving Canada if you choose to do so.

It will be necessary to satisfy the officer at the port of entry that you should be allowed to re-enter after departing.
