Do I need to get high school's education credential?

Hello everyone.

I've already have my university's education credential. (Bachelor's degree, four years)

Do I need to get the credential for my high school?

My high school told me that they can't issue transcript since I graduated more than 5 years ago...

You don't need high school credential as you have your Bachelor's. You get points for your highest educational credential. Hence if you have a Bachelors' you don't need high School, If you have a Master's you don't need Bachelors' etc.
