Do I need to fill out the IMM 5481 form?

Hello to anyone who reads this post

I have a question. My son was born outside of Canada but has his citizenship certificate( He is Canadian)...There is a form called: Sponsorship Evaluation IMM 5481. It says I should fill it out if I am sponsoring my dependent child who has no dependent children of his own. Does that for apply to me even if he is a Canadian citizen? Or do i not need to fill it out ?

No. Your son is Canadian, he is not a dependant on your application.
