Do I need to fill out form for my mother and father?

I am applying for PR. My mother and father won't apply but for the IMM 5406 and IMM 5669, it says: You (the principal applicant) must fill out this form for yourself and on behalf of any of your family members 18 years of age or older who are not already Canadian citizens or permanent residents.

What I am confused about is after I complete the form for myself do I still need to complete the same form again for my mother and father's profile? Or after I only complete it for myself I don't need to complete it for them by clicking edit in their profile?

Your parents are not your immediate family members. Only children, spouse/common law partner are considered your immediate family.
