I have completed my bachelor's degree in computer applications that is Bachelor's In Computer Applications and master's degree in computer applications that is Master's Of Computer Applications. I have get report for my master's degree. I earned master's degree Canadian equivalency for MCA through WES. So now I am confused about my bachelor's degree. Should I evaluate bachelor's degree through WES or not?

With a master's degree, you only need your highest degree assessed. In cases where one has two bachelors' or a bachelor plus diploma, people might want to submit both to get more points. Not so in the case of a master's degree.

I assume that you are creating your express entry profile - so at this point just fill in master's degree in your educational qualifications. Once invited and you are filling out the PR application, make sure that only the master's degree is entered in the educational qualifications - as anything that is filled there will trigger document requests. If your bachelor's degree was completed in the past 10 years, it should be filled in the personal history section of your actual application, but not in the educational section.

Just to share, I was in a similar situation (for both me and my spouse, in fact), and we only ever had our master's degrees evaluated.
All the best!
