Do I need to do another medical test?

Hello! I am very confused with whether I need a new medical test or not for my study permit application from within Canada. I'll try to explain my situation in detail.

I did a medical test in my home country in June 2022 for my study permit application and passed the test. I was given an e-medical sheet a week later and the boxes says 'Completed' for all test.

I arrived in Canada in August 2022 and made my refugee claim at the port of entry. A week later I did another medical test for my claim. I was given another e-medical sheet after the test, but the boxes only says 'Required' instead of 'Completed'.

On the sheet it says "Note: the status of an individual examination will not appear as "Complete" in the Exam list below until your case has been submitted to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). This may not occur until all results are finalized after you have left the clinic.
Your health case will be submitted to IRCC for processing once all your health examinations are completed. If you are required to complete further health examinations, you will be notified by IRCC once your case has been assessed."

I just went to the clinic's website just now and there is an option to request the final results for myself by giving my IME and UCI number. I believe that only on this sheet the boxes will say 'Completed'. Do I need to request this final E-medical sheet to upload for my study permit application or will the one I got right after the medical be sufficient (the one that says 'Required' beside each test) ? (The request of the result will take 10 days)

Are any of these medical tests good for my study permit application from within Canada or do I need an upfront medical test? I want to submit my application ASAP and I know that the medical appointment will take time.
