I received a NOI from Ontario on Dec 8th and my EE profile was expired on Dec23rd. So I created a new EE profile and submitted my OINP application on January 14th (used the new EE profile info on the application but mentionedi received the NOI in my old profile). However my application was withdrawn by OINP because apparently a document was missing. So my question is that if want to get a new NOI from Ontario should I create a new EE profile?
Considering the fact that I received the NOI in my previous EE profile but used the new EE profile info in the OINP application.
