Do I need to certify by apostille my European Diploma Supplement?

Hello, everybody!
I want to evaluate my education documents (Diploma) in World Education Services.

Besides Russian version of Diploma I have a European Diploma Supplement.
It is not clear for me: do I need to certify by apostille my European Diploma Supplement?
And do WES need an evaluated copy of European Diploma Supplement, or the original document?

If you need the apostille for a job, then a potential employer might not need a supplement

If you need the apostille for a work visa then the government authorities might require supplements.
