Hi,
I am a PhD student at the University of Saskatchewan. I have gathered all the required documents to apply for the “International Skilled Worker: Occupation In-Demand” category in Saskatchewan, but I am confused about its association with the “Federal Express Entry Pool”. Do I have to be in the “Federal Express Entry Pool” before I can apply for “International Skilled Worker: Occupation In-Demand” category? Or that is completely independent of that. I have just received a message from CIC that I am not eligible for Express Entry at this time even though I have got my required language tests, master degree with ECA report and 2 years of work experience outside Canada.
Thank you for your assistance and forthcoming response.
