Do I need to authenticate my son's form 137/form 138 (grade card ) in DFA?

Hi, Please help.. Im applying for spousal visa. I just want to ask if I need to get My son's school record like his form 137(grade card) authenticated in DFA(Manila) and submit? Or they dont need it. Thank you.

1. If Manila doesn't request it, you don't need it.
