Do I need to add my diploma information in WES portal?

I have completed 3 years of diploma and 3 years of BE from Mumbai University , On WES portal it was mentioned that highest qualification degrees to be provided for verification
As mine was direct 2 years entry to Engineering so shall I send my diploma transcript too along with my Engineering to WES?
