Hi

I am from Pakistan(citizen) and spent four months on work visit Visa from dec 2016 to march 2017 in Saudi Arabia.

Do I need the police cetificate from Saudi Arabia

Any other thing I should know about police cetificates.

Do I need the police cetificate from Saudi Arabia. [No You do not need PCC from Saudi. You may need a police certificate from any country or territory that you have spent six months or more since the age of 18. Your period of stay is 4 months hence no PCC is required. ]

Any other thing I should know about police cetificates. [Read PCC section of the pinned thread-> Express Entry Step by Step instructions or visit cic.gc.ca. Sorry, I am not able to paste links yet. ]

One correction. Those 6 months are cummulative. So if you have only spent 4 months in SA and no visits before, you do not need it.
IF however you were that country visiting before as well (and it could have been shorter visits making up together 2 months and you were 18+), then you would need it.

If you do not have current legal residence status in Saudi Arabia, you are not required to provide a Saudi Arabian police certificate. If you are asked for a police certificate from Saudi Arabia, write: “I cannot provide a police certificate for the time I spent in Saudi Arabia because certificates are only available to people who have current legal residence status.”
