Do I need reference letters for every job, or just three years?

Hey guys - thanks in advance for your help!

I have ten years of working experience (all in my industry / NOC code). However that's across eight employers.

I only actually need two employers to reach the three years required to gain maximum points for the PR entry. Can I just provide letters of reference from those two, and no others (there is a several year gap between them)?

Is there a chance that my application would be rejected for not having letters for jobs that I am not claiming against?

Cheers!
Jack

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
The answer depends not on your CRS score but on your score under the six selection factors for which you can claim points for up to 6 years of work experience. As long as you remain above the required 67 points you can choose not to include the other jobs and to mention them only in the personal history section.

Thanks for your response!

Yes, I can still score over 67 by just declaring that I have '2-3 years' of experience.

Are the letters of reference not required in order to show that you have the 3+ years of experience needed to get maximum overseas work points for the CRS?

Thanks,
Jack
