I've heard of Canadians who are living overseas sending their pay stubs and tax information from whatever country they're residing in and they don't come across any problems. Whatever your situation is that means you won't be recieving an Option C Printout, just provide an explanation as to why you don't have one and include a letter from your employer, pay stubs, bank deposits (that's a great one kolibri, my husband is doing the same thing since he has direct deposit). They just want to see what you are doing, how you are making your money.
It is definitely one of the least stressful parts for the sponsor in a Family Class sponsorship as long as you provide them with information as to what you ARE doing and how you are making your money if not in Canada. No big deal! Good luck!
