do i need LMO for WP extension? NBPNP.... PLEASE HELP!!!

hello can you please hep me to answer my question im a foreign worker and WP will be expire this coming JANUARY 2011, IM ALREADY NOMINATED BY THE PROVINCE DO I NEED LMO TO APPLY FOR EXTENSION OF WP? THANKS IN ADVANCE.....

Not usually. Call NB PNP and ask. I haven't heard of any province where an LMO is required for a WP extension if the applicant has received nomination but I have no experience with NB so can't say for sure. Better to call and ask. Usually the Nomination Certificate is sufficient with a letter of support from the province's Nominee Program.

Thank you so much for your respond even nomination and supporting letter coming from nbpnp i was forgot to include on my application it's 2 months since i submit my application for WP extension I dont know if Im going to fax the supporting documents or mail it, do you have any idea? I'm worried maybe they have already decision w/ regarding in my application. huhuhu.....

I would send it by the fastest courier I could find WITH a tracking number so you can verify that they receive it! Make sure your name, client ID and date of birth are written very clearly on your cover page and ask them to include it with your WP extension application. Send it NOW! Keep a copy of everything for your records. That's a BIG thing to forget.

Make sure your name, client ID and date of birth are written very clearly on your cover page and ask them to include it with your WP extension application. Send it NOW! Keep a copy of everything for your records. That's a BIG thing to forget.
