Do I need LMIA under CEC ?

Hello everyone,

First of all, I truly appreciate any help.

I intend to apply for PR through CEC after one year, I have a permanent full time job offer, so the question is do I need LMIA from my employer if I currently hold PGWP (hopefully i didn't mess up the definitions, in case, let me know) ?

This is Type B job from NOC, so will I receive extra 50 points for this offer or I am required to get LMIA as well ?
