Currently I am still using my ex husband last name. All my identification, passport, PR is still using my ex husband's last name.
I am married now and I want to use my current husband's last name. I am a permanent resident. I want to change my passport and permanent resident card which about to expire with a new last name.
I've already asked the embassy for my country and they said if I want to change the name of my passport I need to give them the Certificate of Change Name.
I need PR card to change my passport and vise versa. But all my identification is still under my ex husband. That's why I want to apply for legal name change so that I can get a certificate and send it along with my PR and pasport for processing..
How do I change my last name on my PR card?
