Do I need forms signed in new date if re submitting application?

I submitted spousal sponsorship application on 2nd Feb and file was returned.

I am resubmitting it next week.

As address history is upto Jan 2017 in old form do I need to change form 5532 and sign form in new date?

Called CIC and they said its ok to use same forms. Thanks
