Do I need both Bachelor's and Master's degree or only Master's degree for WES

A bit of a background. Below are my education details:

Bachelors:
B.E. Computer Science and Engineering 4 years in PSG Tech, India

Masters:
Master of IT in Business, Singapore Management University (1 years executive Masters programme) Graduated in year .

I wanted to know if Master's programme transcript is enough for WES application.
