If you go each day, you'll probably run into issues sooner or later with CBSA. It's certainly legal for you to visit your partner in Canada. However if you're going every day - then you're really not visiting at that point or behaving like a normal tourist - you're behaving more like someone who lives in Canada (which you're not allowed to do as a visitor). So it may work for a while - but you'll likely run into problems eventually and be told you have to stop or be denied entry.
No - a visitor visa does not allow you to pass the boarder every day. A visitor visa allows you to visit - what you are going to be doing is not visiting. You effectively want to be able to live in Canada.
You need to be holding something like a work permit to be able to live in Canada. If you and your partner are common law (meaning you have lived together continuously for at least one full year), then you can try apply for an open work permit based on your partner's study permit.
