Hi my situation might be a little bit complicated and I am not sure if I need a PCC from RCMP as a outland applicant:
1. I came to Canada in 2015 (turned 18 in 2015 also) and completed my Bachelor degree in Canada
2. I accumulated more than 2 years of continuous working experience as programmer (just to be safe on the timing thing).
3. I already returned to my home country in Jan. 2025 as my work permit expired.
So :
1. Do I need a PCC from RCMP as I lived more than 10 years in Canada when I need to submit the document for CEC?
2. If yes, how hard is the process, as from what I read from the IRCC website, I need to take my fingerprints locally (most probably needs to get translated my certified translator) and transmit/mail it to an accredited inside Canada to do the PCC from RCMP
