Do i need a new reference letter if...

The one I have says April 2014 till present (dated August 30, 2015). I was on implied status since June 2015, but now I applied for restoration and I no longer work for that company. Do I need a new one that will show the end date? Also, my ITA was issued on Sept 17, is it okay if my letter is dated August 2015?

The letter is valid for experience gained between April '14 and Aug '15.
