Do I need a medical exam for approved study permit even if IRCC portal says no?

I recently obtained my study permit (applicant from India) and my IRCC portal is saying no medical required. However, the IRCC website is pretty clear that applicants from India need a medical exam (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/medical-police/medical-exams/requirements-temporary-residents/country-requirements.html).

Should I complete a medical exam before going to Canada?

For reference my POE letter says

"Medical Examination validity (YYYY/MM/DD): N/A"
