Do I need a dual intent LMIA even in Quebec?

Hi

I am in Quebec as TFW and i am about to apply QSW.
And also I'll sign a job offer from another company.
Then I will need a new LMIA,CAQ and WP.

Do I need to apply dual intent LMIA?
I can only find it related EE.
