Do I need a Charted Accountant statement for any assets I need to show

My wife have some Jared Jewelry, as Jared claims we can always get back the same money for what we paid. Do I need to go to a accountant or CA to make a statement for the total assets or I can just show the bills/Receipts which I have from the Jewelers?

No need to show any document for assets..visa officer may ask for it later if he is not satisfied
