i have the following problem: i live in germany and we just submitted my spousal sponsorship application. i was in canada for more than 6 months in the past (if you combine all trips i’ve taken in the past). the longest consecutive stay was 4 1/2 months when i was on a study permit and that was when i was under 18. so in total i’ve spent maybe 5 weeks in canada ever since i turned 18. i’m 20 now. our lawyer wrote in the application “I acknowledge that I’ve spend more than 6 months combined inside canada” (which counts for my entire life, not since i turned 18…..) Will they request a canadian PCC? and HOW will i get that from outside canada? i can’t just fly to canada to apply for a PCC… thank you everyone!
