Do I have to take the TEF exam if I have DELF B1?

Hi, I cleared DELF B1 in the year 2014. I am planning to apply for PR for Canada in the Express Entry Program. Do I need to appear for the TEF exam if I have DELF B1? I will be sitting for IELTS exam as well. Please guide me

If you are going to claim points for French, then yes you will to give TEF.
