DO I HAVE TO SENT PASPORTS MY KIDS BORN IN USA ?

finally i have ppr today but my questions is they requested passports to ottawa me and my wife are from mexico (we need a visa)
but my two kids are from usa do i need to send my kids passport too? or just a copy of them?
