It's not mandatory to attach your SOP but attaching your SOP will increase the chances of approval.

It is sort of mandatory - if you are missing one you most likely will be rejected.

It goes in letter of explanation section, along with your marksheets, experience letter, ielts etc.

Am applying for flight training and Ielts is not required for this (the flight school told me Ielts is not required) . Do I have to mention it in the sop? About the marks sheet is it mandatory? cause It takes a while for me to get them.

Normally these are all standard requirements. I do not know if there is a special treatment for flight training (I think there isn't any)
