Hi there,
I have been working as a nanny for a family in Canada for the past 2 years, with a short break of 3 months inbetween. I was a temporary worker on the international experience canada visa (I am from England.)
The family i worked for are like my second family. I do not really want to apply as a live in caregiver as it says on the site it takes 38 months to process. which is crazy. Whereas, through the LMO route i understand it can take only a couple of months?
Is it possible for this family to bring me over through the LMO route? Will they be approved for a LMO? They have a child with special needs and i have supported this family through a lot and have built up a very valuable relationship with them and their kids. Could this be enough for them to be accepted for an LMO? Then could it possibly be simple from there where I can apply for a work permit with them as my employer?
Thank you for any help!
