Do I have a chance for Alberta AAIP with no family ties?

Hey everyone.
I was wondering if I have a chance for AAIP Express Entry stream with no family ties to Alberta? I'm 31, I have my IELTS maxed out, currently working on my French, master's degree, two years of work experience and a job which is in moderately high demand in Alberta. I'm outside of Canada.

Probably not without LMIA, job offer and not living in the province. What is EOI scoe and then see if EOI, CRS and NOC are selected. PNPs are cut in half with about 5000 this year and AOS alone has 27,000 profiles.
