Nope not like America, They only ask for personal details when you check in. Not as much details as Umerican required.

I've flown out of Dublin (not recently mind you) and had to go through customs when I arrived at Toronto (Pearson). That was not a fun experience as it was my first time flying international and I filled out the customs form wrong (I am a Canadian Citizen but declared $0 since I read the visitor guid).

It seems the United States makes all the other countries process immigration prior to departing instead of when entering the country. :p

I flew out of Dublin last month and you only do through Canadian immigration once you land in Canada
