do fully vaccinated permanent residents still need pre-entry test if cominga via multiple transits?

Returning to canada soon on a flight multiple transit. one night in Dubai and then couple of hours in netherlands.
both places no longer require pre entry tests.

Just want to make sure if im good or do i still need a pre entry test if im fully vaccinated?

You don't need one for Canada but it's possible some of the transit countries may still have testing requirements in place.
