HI I am Tom Nguyen. I am manager of Job-connection in 690 Wilson Ave, North York, ON M3K 1E1 Canada. I have some question to ask all friends here. Supposed that if I hire some workers from oversea do my workers ( farmers or worm-pickers) need English certificate to come to Canada ? if yes? what level they have to pass the tests? if not what kind of document to prove their English is efficiency to work in Canada? can they used broken english to work the job like farmers or worm-pickers.
