Do doctors get extra CRS points after completing their assessments from MCC?

Would an ECA (educational credential assessment) from MCC (medical Council of Canada) account for 50 point in the CRS as a “certificate of qualification”? Or is it just an essential assessment like WES that adds no extra points?

Is the MCC assessment considered a yes to the below the question?

No because you are not qualified to practice medicine in Canada. Not sure where you are from but unless you are from a few select countries it will be extremely hard to get licensed in Canada.

What if you pass the exams that make you qualified to practice? would you be then eligible for the points?

You have to do a residency after most exams to qualify to practice in Canada for most IMGs.
