I am here in Canada on a temporary work permit (skill category 'A') and my wife (here on dependant visa) needs to pursue an Additional Basic Qualification (03 months face-to-face) Course from one of the Canadian Universities, to fulfil eligibility for Teaching license.
Can someone please guide if she needs to be paying International Student Fees or is she exempt from the same ?

Point 8 of York University's page reads - a student is eligible for domestic tuition rate if they are:
A person and his/her dependants (please see definition of dependant above) who is authorized to work in Canada and has been issued a work permit by the federal government.
