Do Cic knocks for IELTS in between AOR and COPR..THOUGH FILE NUMBER IS GENERATED

I received ITA after recieving PROVINCIAL nomination under FSW.I got medical and PCC done and then I applied to cic for Pr Application with all their elegibility requirements fulfilled/with valid documents at the time of PR application to CIC.My Ielts test result was valid at the time of application but its expiry date is after 60 days.I have recieved my application number aswell . I need advice on : Do I need to retake Ielts test b4 my test date expires ? OR I do not need a retake as Ielts was valid at the time of submission of PR Application and the the file number was generated..How do CIC deal in such case?or is the CIC ePR process fast enough to issue COPR in less then 60 days...please guide expert advice...

Everything is frozen at the time of submitting your eAPR and recieving your AOR, except medicals. So you should be ok with your old test.
